Asus is known for making sleek and premium laptops under the ZenBook series. The company has added a new laptop to the series with the 13 OLED UM325. The ultrabook is powered by an AMD Ryzen series processor and comes with a metallic body.


It has a textured finish on the flap and smooth matte interior which adds to its premium looks. Its brushed exterior keeps finger-prints at bay. The light-weight and compact laptop comes with an Ergolift hinge (automatically adds a gentle 3-degree tilt to the keyboard when you open the laptop).

The sturdy design makes it durable and it also comes with all the essential connectivity ports.

The keys are big enough as the company has not included a number pad in the keyboard. Instead, there is a touch-sensitive number pad in the trackpad. You can also use the touch-sensitive number pad as a calculator. The large size of the track-pad is an added advantage.

The laptop sports a 13.3-inch full HD display with 1920x1080 pixel resolution and OLED panel. The company has used the Samsung OLED panel in the ZenBook and the display is definitely one of the highpoints of the laptop.

The 13 OLED UM325 is powered by AMD Ryzen 5000 U series chipset and packs up to 16GB of RAM. You also get SSD space of up to 1TB. During testing, it worked smoothly and there was no visible lag. The laptop can handle routine tasks very well and you can also play some heavy duty games on it with ease.

The laptop also scores well in the audio department and offers a clear and loud sound experience. The angular shape of the speakers offer crystal clear sound output and you get to hear distortion-free music.

The device has a 67 Wh battery which claims to offer 16 hours of battery life on a single charge. During our time with the laptop, we managed to get up to 12 hours of battery backup on a single charge. The Asus ZenBook 13 OLED UM325 comes with a starting price tag of Rs 79,990.
