An old video clip from a few days ago is now making rounds on the Internet which shows the British singer showering love for Messi.
The video captured Adele's excitement after Argentina beat Netherlands on penalties. The two days old video shows the 'Rolling in the Deep' singer, who was at one of her concerts at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, confessing her love for the 35-year-old footballer.
According to a report in Argentine newspaper La Nacion, Adele was surrounded by fans when she asked one of the fans if they were from the South American country. "Are you from Argentina?" Thank god they won on penalties today!," the singer said.
Adele, who is known for being warm and compassionate person and always accommodating her fans, got close to one the asking for a selfie. The singer jokingly asked the person to take the photo quickly.
