D’Silva says, “I cycle for 100 km every week. It keeps me fit and helps me rejuvenate and be calm. I also go horse riding every day.”
In addition to this, he also goes to the gym thrice a week. So, how does he find the motivation ? The motorcycle enthusiast reveals, “Your fitness routine should include activities that you enjoy while keeping the capacity of your body in mind. Following a workout routine that makes your body feel comfortable will help you be consistent. Choose a sport that you enjoy and excel in it.”
