Arnold Schwarzenegger inspired by Greta Thunberg, goes cycling with climate change activist
The two were joined by Svante Thunberg and Christina Schwarzenegger.

The 72-year-old actor took to social media on Tuesday to share pictures of their cycling session. In his post, Schwarzenegger called Thunberg his see 'friend' and one of his 'heroes', and was excited to introduce the environmental activist to his daughter. The Schwarzeneggers and Thunbergs rode their bicycles around Santa Monica, California.
Schwarzenegger's 28-year-old daughter also shared images with 'inspiring' Thunberg on Instagram.
On Friday, Thunberg, who shook the entire nation with her speech at UN Climate Action Summit in New York, met the environmentalist-actor DiCaprio in Los Angeles. Posting pictures along side the teenage climate crusader, he hailed her as a "leader". "There are few times in human history where voices are amplified at such pivotal moments and in such transformational ways - but Greta Thunberg has become a leader of our time," he wrote.
DiCaprio said it was an "honour" to meet with Thunberg and that he is "optimistic about what the future holds" thanks to young activists like her.
"She and I have made a commitment to support one another, in hopes of securing a brighter future for our planet," he added.
