Archilogics founder Saket Sethi's style mantra: Say no to bling, yes to well-fitted T-shirts

Saket Sethi, founder, Archilogics, likes being an aesthete, and like LV's Virgil Abloh’s style.

My style
Style is an extension of my personality. Since my personality is very design driven, I guess you could say my style is design driven as well.

Must haves
A good pair of jeans, a set of well-fitted T-shirts in monochromatic hues, comfortable white sneakers, a lightweight jacket and a power suit.

Prized possessions
It’s been love at first sight with a piece of clothing thrice. The first is a birthday gift from a best friend — a very simple but powerful reversible Gucci monogram bomber jacket.

The other two are a classic black leather jacket from Banana Republic and a well-worn pair of Abercrombie jeans.

Style advice
Don’t follow trends, find the clothing equivalent to your personality and wear what makes you happy so long as it’s not hideous (so every now and then get a style check from a trusted friend).

Say no to
Bling. I don’t like anything too attention grabbing or glitzy, it’s just not me.

Colour code
If you are adding colour to the wardrobe find pastels and sorbets and softer versions of very powerful colours. They work better with T-shirts, shirts and polos.

Celeb style
I like Virgil Abloh’s personal style even though he heads Louis Vuitton.
