Apple's online store is down once again.
As it happens before every major device launch by Apple, the company's online store website is down once again before the 'iPhone 11' series launch. The launch keynote event is supposed to begin within hours from now. While Apple updates its online store page from the back-end, at the front-end all users can see is the multi-coloured Apple logo outline on a dark background along with the text 'Be right back. We're making updates to the Apple Store. Check back soon.'

Apple is expected to update its store with three new iPhone models and the 5th-gen Apple Watch if not anything else. The three iPhones are expected to be named as iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. The iPhone 11 is said to be the successor to iPhone XR, while the other two are likely the follow-ups of iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. Apple Watch Series 5 is expected to be the follow up of Apple Watch Series 4.

'Be right back. We're making updates to the Apple Store. Check back soon.' - showed on the live page.

All the new iPhones are said to feature an extra camera at the back. While the iPhone 11 is said to have dual rear cameras, the 'Pro' and 'Pro Max' versions are said to feature three rear cameras. The third rear camera is said to be a wide-angle lens. The specifics are yet to be confirmed. Another change we may see this time is the inclusion of two new colour variants - Lavender and Green. However, these may be limited to iPhone 11 only.

As per the latest report by popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the new iPhone models may not include two of the most rumoured features - Bilateral charging tech and the support Apple Pencil. He added in the research note shared by 9to5Mac that new iPhones will stick with a Lightning port and won't get USB Type-C. On the bright side, the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max are said to come with 18W fast charger inside the box.

Apple Watch, on the other hand, is expected to come with some natural upgrades in terms of specifications.

The internal names given to the devices are D42 that would replace iPhone XS, and D43 to replace iPhone XS Max. The experts believe the devices will be called iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max. These devices will support a stylus - Apple Pencil.

The new devices may sport an OLED display that's used in Samsung's Galaxy S10 and Note 10.

The iPhone 11 series may come with a triple rear camera set-up with all the three sensors placed at the back.

The premium iPhones are expected to get bigger and better batteries, equipped with reverse wireless charging. They might also feature a lightning port for audio and charging.

The upcoming phones is tipped to be available for pre-order on September 13 and in-store availability is set to start on September 20.
