Revitalizer



Ingredients
Carrot juice: 60 ml
Apple juice: 60 ml
Ginger syrup: 5 ml
Lemon juice: 5 ml

Method
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain and pour into a glass.
- Garnish with sliced apple and cubes of carrot.

Lemongrass Jasmine Iced Tea



Ingredients
Lemongrass: 3 sticks
Vanilla-flavoured syrup: 2.5 ml
Jasmine tea: 60 ml
Lychee juice: 60 ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 5 ml

Method
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain and pour into a glass.
- Garnish with lemongrass stirrer

Raspberry Bee's Knees



Ingredients
Fresh raspberry puree: 15 ml
Organic honey : 7.5 ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 5 ml
Water: As required

Method
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain and pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.

Monsoon Cooler



Ingredients
Tender coconut water: 150 ml
Cucumber slices: 5-6
Fresh mint leaves: 5-6
Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 5 ml

Method

- Strain and pour into a glass.
- Garnish with cucumber slices and sprigs of fresh mint.
