Apple is currently busy prepping for its next big event of the year where it will launch the iPhone 14 series. Ahead of the launch event, several reports about the next in-line iPhone have been making the rounds on the Internet. Now a photo has gone viral, claiming to be the molds of iPhone 14 series.

The picture shows off alleged preview of the sizes, rear design and frame of this year's upcoming iPhones. According to reports, the picture of suspected iPhone 14 molds have been sourced from the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo.

The most notable change in the iPhone 14 series is the elimination of mini iPhone. Yes, early reports already suggested that Apple will be making a big change with the upcoming iPhone series by possibly ditching one of the models.

Now speculations are high that it's going to be mini iPhone 14, which is also seen missing in the picture of molds that have gone viral. Apple will be saying goodbye to mini iPhone versions in favour of iPhone 14 Max.

Meanwhile, further reports also suggest that iPhone 14 series will be launched with a more advanced and upgraded front camera with autofocus and a wider aperture. Isn't that just a wonderful news for all the selfie lovers out there?!

Renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the wide aperture in the front camera of Apple's iPhone 14 series will allow more light to pass through the lens and reach the sensor. The upgraded camera could also help the new iPhone series to reach a better depth-of-field effect for pictures and videos in portrait mode, bringing more definition to subjects.

As of now, the latest Apple smartphone series, the iPhone 13, comes with an f/2.2 aperture, and if reports are to be believed, iPhone 14 series will come packed with f/2.4 aperture on the front camera. Kuo has also suggested that the smartphones will support 8K video recording.

Additionally, this will also enhance the focus quality on FaceTime, video calls and live-streaming. As per the design, it's been rumoured for a while that Apple will be ditching the notch for its front camera and will include both a pill-shaped and hole-punch cutout with this series, or at least on the iPhone 14 Pro.

Whereas the rear-facing camera is rumoured to get a massive upgraded with 48-megapixel sensor.

Apple has always dominated the camera segment with its smartphone, so it's no shocker that the upcoming iPhone 14 series will be heavily centered around the camera quality upgrade.
