Apple Watch Ultra 4 Launches at ₹109,900: Peak Performance Meets Advanced Health Sensing

Apple today introduced the Apple Watch Ultra 4, starting at ₹109,900. Engineered as the ultimate watch for sports and adventure, the new model brings a redesigned Health Sensing System, the custom S11 chip, and extended battery life to Apple's most rugged wearable lineup. Pre-orders are open today, with global retail availability starting Friday, September 18.

At the core of the Apple Watch Ultra 4 is the new S11 chip and Health Sensing System, delivering continuous, high-fidelity monitoring. With larger green LEDs measuring heart rate every five seconds and Heart Rate Variability tracked up to 24 times more frequently, the device provides Apple's most accurate heart rate readings to date. These sensors power the new Readiness feature—a daily 0–10 score calculated from sleep, vitals, and training load that advises athletes whether to recover, pace themselves, or push hard. Redesigned machine learning algorithms also deliver the highest step-tracking accuracy of any smartwatch.


Battery performance sees a major increase across every mode. Standard daily use now stretches up to 50 hours, while Low Power Mode extends up to 84 hours. For long-distance training, the Max Extended Workout mode tracks outdoor GPS and heart rate for up to 45 hours—enough to cover a 100-mile race. When power runs low, a 15-minute quick charge adds up to 18 hours of additional battery life.

Running watchOS 27, the Ultra 4 leverages Apple Intelligence to bring Siri AI directly to the wrist with personal context understanding. On-device Audio Intelligence features help users capture key conversation details using the hardware-isolated Secure Exclave to preserve strict privacy.

Crafted with 45 percent recycled materials—including a 100 percent recycled titanium case—the Ultra 4 is available in natural and black titanium finishes. The lineup is complemented by refreshed Trail Loop, Alpine Loop, and translucent Ocean Bands, as well as an Apple Watch Hermès edition featuring a Grand H titanium band designed to adjust over wetsuits.
