Apple Brings Device Control, Communication, and Branding Under One Business Platform
Apple has launched Apple Business, a single platform aimed at helping companies manage devices, collaborate efficiently, and connect with customers. The platform combines device management, email, calendar, and directory services with support for custom domains and Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri, and more. It will be available starting April 14 in over 200 countries and regions.

At the core of Apple Business is built-in mobile device management (MDM), letting organizations set up devices with preconfigured apps and settings through Blueprints. This enables zero-touch deployment so employees can start working right out of the box. Managed Apple Accounts keep company data secure while protecting personal information, and IT admins can distribute apps, create teams, and manage roles easily.

For productivity, Apple Business integrates email, calendar, and directory services, including custom domains, making it simple to set up professional communications. Employees can connect with colleagues, schedule meetings, and manage contacts directly.

Apple Business also centralizes brand and location management previously available through Apple Business Connect. Companies can manage brand profiles, location details, showcase products, and track customer interactions across Apple Maps, Wallet, and iCloud Mail. Tap to Pay on iPhone now allows businesses to display logos and branding during transactions.

The service is free for new and existing users of Apple Business Connect, Apple Business Essentials, and Apple Business Manager. Existing data and settings will automatically migrate to Apple Business at launch. Some features, including the companion app, email, calendar, and directory tools, require iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26.
