Ankur Warikoo revealed that he asked ChatGPT, ‘If I want to be more successful than 50% of the people in the world, then what behaviour, what skills, what habits should I focus on?’ In response, the AI generated a concise, bullet-point list of everyday practices that it believes can steadily improve a person's chances of achieving long-term success.

Wake up at a consistent time



ChatGPT recommends waking up at the same time every day, regardless of the hour you choose. A consistent sleep schedule helps build discipline, improves productivity and creates a stable routine that supports other healthy habits.

Stay physically active


Daily movement, whether it's walking, exercising, cycling or practising yoga, is essential for maintaining physical and mental well-being. Regular activity boosts energy levels, improves focus and contributes to long-term health.
