Anand Mahindra's 'shaky' relationship with Taj Mansingh hotel

He's spent the last week on the road in America, addressing World Bank meetings or brushing shoulders with music stars at the SAP CEO conference in New York. But it was a déjà vu moment for Anand Mahindra as he was back in India. When the 7.5 Richter scale earthquake hit Afghanistan and Pakistan on Monday, the Chairman and MD of Mahindra Group felt the tremors in New Delhi.

Mahindra tweeted:

The Taj Mansingh hotel & I seem to have a 'shaky' relationship. This is the 2nd time I have been in the hotel during an earthquake...

Strong tremors were felt in Delhi as a result of the earthquake, whose death toll had risen to 311 in Afghanistan and Pakistan, at the time of press.
