Anand Mahindra shares a powerful Monday motivation message on X.
Anand Mahindra is back with yet another dose of “Monday Motivation”. He shared a video of a man reporting about a prank on a teacher turned into an “almost miraculous half-court shot.” However, the video quickly turned into a great learning lesson about how when the opportunity is given a shot, even an impossible task may become possible.

The video began with a man in a light blue coloured shirt with beige trousers and a red tie can be seen holding a basketball in his hands. He says, “What was supposed to be a prank on a teacher backfired on the students.” He added that a boy’s “half-court shot” became the talk of the campus and beyond. The man then proceeded to throw the ball behind. However, instead of the ball rolling away, he had unknowingly aimed at the basket far behind him and secured a shot leaving the cameraman and his colleague shocked. His colleagues can be seen trying to convince him that he truly made the “perfect” shot, while the man asks if his act got taped.

The caption read, “He was dramatising his reporting on an almost miraculous half-court shot… And he actually reproduced the seemingly impossible move. My takeaway: Always give an opportunity a shot…after all, the impossible might happen! #MondayMotivaton.”

Internet reacts

One user highlighted how bold attempts can turn the impossible into reality, emphasizing that true magic lies in having the courage to replicate extraordinary feats. Another cautioned about the risks of overcommitting, which could harm one's reputation. Meanwhile, someone else praised Anand Mahindra for sharing such an inspiring message that encourages embracing challenges.
