Anand Mahindra feels proud to be a colleague of a Mahindra group employee who has lost 95% of his vision

Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra Group, found his Monday Motivation right next to him on his “home turf”. Sharing the video of Rajkumar Dabi on X, he thanked him for inspiring everyone with his work. The video opens with Rajkumar Dabi’s story who got his cataract operation done in 2014 and started to lose his vision. After that, he started to lose his vision with just 5 % vision left now. He said that when there’s a problem in life, people start to panic instead of looking for solutions. But he tried to look for a solution.

In 10 years, he trained 4-5 assistants who are now successful. When people ask him how is getting good sales, he responds that he makes sure the customers feel homely around him. One of his senior colleagues in the video credits Dabi’s willpower and determination. Dabi considers the family his own and in return, he has been showered with affection and support from the company he is working for.
