The Telugu rural political comedy drama, headlined by Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary, released in theatres during Sankranti and quickly turned into a crowd favourite. Packed with humour, satire and a relatable underdog story, the film struck a chord with audiences. Now, it is gearing up for its digital debut.

People who did not get the chance to watch the movie in theatres or who want to see it at home will be happy to know that it is coming to a streaming platform next week. Anaganaga Oka Raju will start playing on Netflix on February 11 2026. Netflix officially announced it today (February 8).

Netflix is making sure that it reach to a wide audience. The movie Anaganaga Oka Raju will be available in the Telugu version and also in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

The film revolves around Raju, played by Naveen Polishetty, a small-town man who dreams of living a lavish life. Believing that wealth is the key to happiness, Raju sets his sights on Charulatha, portrayed by Meenakshi Chaudhary, the daughter of a wealthy and influential landlord, Bhupathi Raju. What follows is Raju’s carefully planned mission, humorously referred to as “Operation Charulatha,” where he uses clever tricks and charm to win her love and her father’s approval.


However, the story takes an unexpected turn after marriage. Raju soon realises that instead of inheriting riches, he has been left with a massive financial burden. The revelation flips his life upside down and forms the emotional core of the film, blending comedy with sharp commentary on greed, ambition and reality.

The supporting cast features Rao Ramesh, Tarak Ponnappa, Chammak Chandra and Goparaju Ramana. The film is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, while Mickey J Meyer’s music plays a key role.

In terms of box office performance, Anaganaga Oka Raju delivered impressive numbers. As per trade reports, the film earned over Rs 82.65 crore worldwide in its first 22 days, while the makers later announced that it crossed the Rs 100 crore mark globally.
