The following day, just before the set time, the candidate informed the recruiter that he had already joined the meeting. After receiving no reply, he followed up again shortly afterward, requesting clarity on the interview status.
Surprisingly, the recruiter responded with a message stating that the meeting link would be provided an hour in advance of the scheduled session. This response indicated that the recruiter had overlooked the fact that the agreed time had already passed. They also mentioned feeling unwell as a reason for the delay.

The applicant then clarified that the interview had been fixed for that very moment. Expressing disappointment, he pointed out the lack of communication and described the situation as unprofessional. He emphasized the effort he had invested in preparing for the discussion and stated that he was no longer interested in pursuing the role.
