Kanakia Paris has recreated the elegance and splendour of a man-made wonder of the world — the Eiffel Tower — at Bandra-Kurla Complex. The 40-feet tall replica, made with great attention to detail, was unveiled by Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor in a glittering ceremony, where designer Ken Ferns showcased his unique designs at a fashion show. Anuj Puri, chairman and country head of Jones Lang Lasalle — India, was amongst the dignitaries at the event.

Himanshu Kanakia, managing director, said, "The real estate industry has witnessed a sea change in the past few years. We have been focusing on commercial complexes and are coming up with various themed-based projects across Mumbai. We pioneered this trend which has found acceptance amongst customers. 'Kanakia Paris’ is our tribute to man’s quest for artistic impressions." Ashish Kanakia, director, gave a speech at the event and revealed his fashionable side by walking the ramp along with showstopper Shraddha Kapoor.

Olivier Vecchierini, a renowned architect from Paris, will design the landscape and some interiors of the project. In a statement, Vecchierini said, "Based on indepth analysis of customers, we have created the Eiffel Tower, to which the customers have reacted positively. Mumbai has great scope and opportunities in the real estate sector as customers are looking for innovative ideas."
