Kung Hom Pha
(Prawns in a Blanket)
Ingredients
Prawns: 2 and a half
Lemon grass: 5 gm
Fish sauce: 5 ml
Por pia sheet: 5
Oil: For frying
Sweet chilli sauce: 15 gm
Method
- Pad dry the prawns, and chop lemon grass.
- Apply all the ingredients on the prawns.
- Wrap the prawns in por pia sheet & use tapioca glue to stick the ends.
- Deep fry & serve with sweet chilli sauce.
