The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad this year launched a new two-year Online MBA program. This degree-granting postgraduate program is specifically tailored for working professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to balance their demanding careers with their aspirations for advanced education.The Online MBA is a blended (hybrid) program that integrates both on-campus, in-person sessions and live, interactive online classes. It is designed for experienced participants with at least three years of professional experience. The majority of the program will be delivered in a synchronous online format, complemented by five distinct on-campus modules. Eligible candidates for the program include working professionals and entrepreneurs with a minimum of three years of full-time work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The curriculum is designed to upskill professionals by exposing them to managerial decision-making frameworks rooted in disciplines such as human behavior, economics, and finance.
Eligibility and Admission
Admissions will be determined through an entrance exam (IIMA Admission Test (IAT), CAT, GMAT, or GRE) followed by a personal interview. A valid CAT score (CAT score of tests taken within the last 5 years from May 01, 2024 ) or, a valid GMAT/GRE score (GMAT/GRE score taken within the last 5 years from May 01, 2024, says IIM Ahmedabad website. Navya also hosts the podcast "What The Hell Navya," where she and her family discuss feminism and societal roles.Navya’s mother, Shweta Bachchan, has expressed that Navya is committed to her entrepreneurial and advocacy work, rather than pursuing a career in acting. Shweta stated, “I think you are very well acquainted with the work Navya does and she has her hands full. I don’t think Bollywood is the way to go for her.”
