Amal Clooney hires secret service bodyguards for children; barrister demands action against ISIS in French court

Actor George Clooney and his wife, British-Lebanese barrister Amal Clooney, are currently under massive pressure as their twins could be the next targets for terrorist organisation ISIS.

Amal has now taken the organisation to the court for human rights abuse as the celebrity couple tries to protect their children. Named Ella and Alexander, the twins are not allowed to go out for a walk or engage in any other outdoor activity. They have reportedly been taken to a safe place and their whereabouts have not even been disclosed to the extended family.

The Clooney family has hired bodyguards with Secret Service backgrounds. They are present with the family 24 hours a day and are keeping a check on their schedule with friends and family.


The high-profile lawyer is now trying to take legal action against the extremists group who have had their eyes on Syria and Iraq in the past five years. Her aim is to prosecute the group for genocide against the residents of northern Iraq who were subjected to rape, death, sex slavery and torture.

The case is to be taken forward in French courts later this year. Earlier, she spoke about the same issue at United Nations' Security Counsil where she urged the UN countries to demand justice for the affected.
