Alleged new Rihanna track 'World Peace' leaks online

LOS ANGELES: An alleged new song by R&B star Rihanna has surfaced online.

The track called ' World Peace' was presumably recorded by the Bajan beauty for her highly-anticipated new album, which she has been referring to as R8, reported Ace Showbiz.

There's still no official word from Rihanna, 26, regarding the legitimacy of the leak.

However, the vocals featured on it do sound similar to hers.

"We'll dance in the rain in spite of all the pain," she sings the club-friendly track. "What the world really needs is to feel love again.

Rihanna's eighth studio album, R8 is currently still in the works. No official title and release date for the follow-up to 2012's Unapologetic have been announced yet.
