Nigella Lawson is known for her causal and sensual approach to cooking.
Last year, the domestic goddess was in India on a secret street-food binge and this year, she coming to India to whip up a feast, or rather two. Nigella Lawson will be preparing two meals mid-September to cook for a select group of diners as part of 'The World Series', a signature event by American Express this September.

12 cookbooks and six TV shows later, the English food writer, cooking show host, former freelance journalist, book and restaurant critic’s menus is reported to serve everything from beetroot hummus canapés to a rose and pepper pavlova.

The down-to-earth chef, who doesn’t even like to be called a celebrity chef, is famous for her causal and sensual approach to cooking. It’s all about the pleasure food can bring for her. She is quoted saying , “I think cooking should be about fun and family. ... I think part of my appeal is that my approach to cooking is really relaxed and not rigid. There are no rules in my kitchen.” But there is one rule, you need to register in advance.
