Korean zombie thriller All Of Us Are Dead Season 2

Nearly four years after All Of Us Are Dead which was about a zombie outbreak at a South Korean high school turned into a global hit show, the survivors are preparing for another fight. The second season of the Korean thriller is now closer to its return with Season 2.

All Of Us Are Dead Season 2: When and where to watch?

All Of Us Are Dead Season 2 will stream on Netflix, the platform that released the first season in January 2022. While an early 2027 release has been reported, Netflix has not confirmed the date. The series has completed filming and is now in post-production.

According to What's on Netflix, the second season is expected to premiere around January or February 2027. Rumours of a December 2026 release have also been going around online, but there has been no official announcement to support that timeline.

The wait has been longer than what was initially expected. Netflix renewed the series on June 6, 2022, just months after its debut. Production plans later shifted, and the show was missing from Netflix's announced Korean lineup for 2026.

But the recent developments have helped clear things up for series fans. The long-delayed production phase reportedly ended in February 2026, when filming wrapped up.

What happened in Season 1?

In season 1, the students were trapped inside Hyosan High School as a zombie outbreak swept through their city. Forced to find ways to survive, the teenagers faced both the infected and the difficult choices that came with the crisis.

Director Lee Jae-kyu has previously offered a glimpse of the story's direction. Speaking to Korean media in February 2022, he said, "If season 1 was about humans surviving, season 2 will be about zombies surviving."

Which actors are returning?

Netflix has confirmed the return of four main cast members: Park Ji-hu as Nam On-jo, Yoon Chan-young as Lee Cheong-san, Cho Yi-hyun as Choi Nam-ra and Lomon as Lee Su-hyeok.

The new season will also introduce Lee Min-jae as Yong Ma-ru, Kim Si-eun as So Ju-ran, Yoon Ga-i as Lee Jong-ah and Roh Jae-won as Han Doo-seok, a team leader at South Korea's National Intelligence Service.
