Alia Bhatt’s autocorrect blooper on Twitter

Poor Alia Bhatt. We joined the world in feeling a smidgeon of sadness (and alarm) for the star when she announced on Twitter recently that her mother “ate the most beautiful human being I know”.

Seems like Bhatt’s cell phone autocorrect was the mischief-maker, typing out “ate” instead of “are”. The actress was wishing her mother Soni Razdan a happy birthday, when the deed was done. Given her unfortunate reputation (remember the spoof Genius Of The Year, where she sportingly poked fun at herself?), her online revelation was retweeted 332 times and favorited 909 times.
