Ajay Devgn's ‘Bholaa’ advance booking opens to 'tremendous response' ahead of March 30 release

Ajay Devgn-starrer ‘Bholaa’ is surely one of the most awaited films of the year with just a few days to go for its big release. Set to hit the theatres this Thursday on March 30, the advance booking for the action drama has already started.

The makers of the film on Sunday shared the good news and revealed that the film is already receiving a “tremendous response” for ticket bookings.

The advance booking of Ajay Devgn-starrer ‘Bholaa’ is open, the makers announced on Sunday. "Ajay Devgn's definition changing action sequences, deep emotion connects and the thrilling storyline has got audiences eagerly waiting to watch ‘Bholaa’, the makers said in a press release.


The film, which also stars Tabu, Amala Paul, Deepak Dobriyal and others, is coming in 2D, 3D, IMAX 3D and 4DX.

"After getting a tremendous response for IMAX 3D and 4DX ticket bookings, the makers have opened the advance bookings from today. Get ready to go on a thrilling journey with Bholaa from this Thursday, 30th March in 2D, 3D, IMAX 3D and 4DX," the makers added.

Devgn doesn't only act in the film as an action hero but has also directed 'Bholaa', making it his fourth directorial. The film is also produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Reliance Entertainment, T-Series Films, and Dream Warrior Pictures.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated film received an 'A' certificate from the Central Board Of Film Certificate (CBFC), according to reports.

'Bholaa' is an official Hindi remake of the Tamil hit 'Kaithi', which was written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film revolves around an ex-convict (Karthi) who decides to meet his daughter for the first time after being released from prison but he finds himself being trapped in a face-off between police and drug mafia.

The film is packed with some high-octane action scenes which has just raised the hype for the Devgan-starrer among fans.
