Every corporate leader has his or her way of coping with stress and low moments. For AirAsia Group CEO Tony Fernandes, it's as mundane as looking at planes taking off. Fernandes confessed that watching airport runway activity gives him a rare feeling of excitement. At a Mumbai event in February, Fernandes described the emotion, saying, "When things are bad, I drive my little jeep near the runway and just watch the planes land and take off. There is nothing more beautiful than that, especially red ones. They look really good."
