After turning dad this month, Dropbox's Aditya Agarwal also gets a promotion

October has been a month of good news for power couple Aditya Agarwal and Ruchi Sanghvi. First, Agarwal was promoted to the Chief Technology Officer of Dropbox. And soon after, the two welcomed their first born. Sanghvi shared the news of their son Avyan’s birth on October 17 on Facebook. And while the couple is discovering new aspects of their son, they already know that “he is a mama’s boy and has got daddy’s ears”.

Earlier in the year, Sanghvi took to Facebook to announce her pregnancy and to also address the difficulties they’d faced along the way. She revealed that after trying to have a child for a few years, they’d finally conceived via IVF ( In Vitro Fertilisation). She decided to make this detail public to give hope to others. Good wishes to the newly-anointed parents.
