After temple visit, Virat Kohli & Anushka Sharma 'out and about in Delhi'

Power couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, fondly called 'Virushka' by fans, were "out and about" in Delhi on Wednesday.

Team India cricketer took to social media to share a selfie with his actress-wife in the car. He captioned his post, "Out and about in Delhi (red heart emoji) Anushka Sharma."

In the selfie, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player sported a grey T-shirt and Sharma wore a black windcheater with a matching cap.



In three hours, Kohli's post got over one million views and more than 108K likes on Twitter.

On the other hand, a video of the couple visiting a temple went viral on social media on Wednesday morning.

While it was unclear where or which temple they visit, the couple could be seen with tilak smeared on their foreheads. They sought blessings at a temple too. Kohli wore a dhoti with a shawl, and Sharma was seen in traditional attire.

After dating for a couple of years, Anushka and Virat tied the knot in 2017 in an intimate ceremony in Italy. They embraced parenthood on January 2021 when they welcomed their daughter Vamika.

On May 1, Kohli got into a heated exchange with former national team-mate Gautam Gambhir during an IPL match between Lucknow Super Giants and RCB.

The cricket star was fined on Tuesday for the second time in this IPL season for the post-match altercation with Gambhir. Kohli took to social media on Tuesday with a cryptic Instagram post quoting a famed Roman emperor and philosopher: "Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth. - Marcus Aurelius."

Gambhir and Kohli, who played together when India won the 2011 World Cup, had a shouting match before Bangalore skipper Faf du Plessis intervened.
