Seems like 2022 is Elon Musk's year as the world's richest man is on the roll. After finalising the deal to buy the micro-blogging platform Twitter, Musk has ventured into a new business and launched his own perfume! And no, it is not called 'The Musk' (Lost opportunity, maybe?).

Named 'Burnt Hair', a bottle of Elon Musk's perfume costs $100, which is approximately Rs 8,400.

"The finest fragrance on Earth," the 51-year-old wrote as he introduced his new perfume to the world on the micro-blogging platform.

Even Musk realises the power of his name, that’s why the tech billionaire took to Twitter to goof around and candidly joked about entering the fragrance business sooner.

"With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable – why did I even fight it for so long!?" the tech billionaire said after he announced his new perfume, 'Burnt Hair'.
What's more? Well, if you have Dogecoin, then you can use those to pay for ‘Burnt Hair’, which Musk has termed as omnigender perfume – meaning both men and women can use it.

"BE the change you want in the world!" Musk tweeted on Wednesday as bottles of his newly-announced 'Burnt Hair' perfume started selling fast on the Internet.

So far, over 10,000 bottles of the perfume have been sold. The perfume is available for purchase on The Boring Company website.
The Tesla chief and SpaceX boss also changed his Twitter bio to "perfume salesman".

He also joked later and urged his fans to buy his perfume so he can buy Twitter.

Meanwhile, Musk's Twitter trial is on pause at the moment. Last week, A Delaware court delayed the businessman's Twitter trial to allow the Tesla CEO more time to complete his $44 billion purchase of the social media platform.

For almost three months, Musk has been trying to take the exit door on his deal to buy Twitter.
