What does Sivakarthikeyan eat in a day?
Speaking about the transformation, Sivakarthikeyan shared to DTNext that while Madharaasi and his earlier film Amaran required a bulkier build, his next role demanded the opposite. “Parasakthi is set in the 60s. The look had to be lean, subtle, and era-appropriate,” he said, explaining that his physical appearance had to align with the historical context of the film.He added that during Madharaasi, he maintained a weight of around 80–82 kg, as the role involved action sequences, dance routines, and a dominating screen presence. His intense workout video from that phase, shared by his trainer, have gone viral, with fans praising his dedication to each role.
While Sivakarthikeyan initially hesitated to reveal the secret behind his weight loss, he eventually shared that his transformation came down to a very disciplined vegetarian diet. The actor revealed he has been surviving mainly on:

Sivakarthikeyan also spoke about how he approaches each character holistically, not just through acting but also through physical preparation. The actor stated that his current focus is on two major projects, Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara, and another untitled film with Venkat Prabhu.
