Suspicious package, addressed to Robert De Niro, found at actor's Manhattan restaurant
The New York Police Department has cordoned off the area in which the restaurant is located.

According to CNN, the package is similar to those sent to former president Barack Obama, Democrat leader Hillary Clinton and the broadcaster's office yesterday. It has similar markings as the bombs from yesterday, including the packaging, return address to Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and stamps, the broadcaster said.
In a tweet, the New York Police Department (NYPD) said that it is investigating the matter. It also released an advisory, asking people to stay away from the area around Tribeca in Manhattan.
In a tweet, the department said, "We are responding to reports of a suspicious package in the vicinity of Greenwich and Franklin streets in Tribeca, Manhattan. Please avoid the area and expect a police presence and heavy traffic. More information to follow."

When Trump was campaigning for president in 2016, DeNiro slammed him with terms like 'totally nuts', 'blatantly stupid' and 'idiot'.
Meanwhile, there were some reactions on Twitter, including from that of British TV personality Piers Morgan.
REMINDER: Nobody has a clue who is sending these pipe bombs to US public figures or why they are really doing it.
