Bollywood siblings Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem are living large in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu neighbourhood, and their luxurious villa has caught the attention of fans — and even filmmaker Farah Khan, who recently featured it on her YouTube vlog. Located in the Equest Condominium on Juhu Tara Road, the bungalow, fittingly named Shukr, is not only massive but also dripping with personality, comfort, and refined taste.

Spanning over 3,370 square feet with an additional 2,654-square-foot basement, the villa boasts a swimming pool, a garden, a parking space for four cars, and expansive floors — including a 1,245 sq ft ground level, 1,011 sq ft first floor, and a 1,112 sq ft terrace. According to GQ India, the rental agreement for the villa was registered on February 25, 2025, with a whopping Rs 30 lakh security deposit and a five-year tenure starting from March 20. Hindustan Times adds that the agreement includes a 48-month lock-in period and a 10% rent hike after the first 36 months — a monthly rental figure so steep, it could rival the yearly income of many Indian engineers.

Farah Khan, visibly impressed during her visit, even called it “the best home in the whole of Mumbai.” Her video tour begins with a waiting area dressed in floral wallpaper, elegant white furniture, and curated wall art. Right outside lies a luxurious swimming pool, adding to the home's tranquil charm.

Inside, the house continues to wow with an earthy-toned living room, a rectangular dining area brimming with tasteful decor, and a vibrant display of artworks — including Goan artist Subodh Kerkar’s as well. Huma shared her love for art and how, previously, she could not afford it, but now, she and Saqib are happily investing in the pieces they admire.

When Farah asked if this was their forever home, Huma didn’t hesitate: “We want this to be our forever home. I don’t think we’ll find anything better than this.”

The episode also offered a glimpse into their roots. Saqib spoke about their family-run restaurant, Saleem’s, a Delhi favourite started by their father at the age of 17. Now 47 years old, the eatery remains a beloved legacy. Their mother, Ameena Qureshi, runs a salon called AMIQUR, blending the family’s entrepreneurial spirit with creative flair.
