Actress Anju Kurian gets married to longtime partner, shares first wedding pictures: Who is Roshan Karippaparambil?

Malayalam actress Anju Kurian has married her longtime partner, Roshan Karippaparambil, in a wedding ceremony on November 7. The actress shared the first pictures from the celebrations on social media, announcing the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.

Anju shared a series of photographs from the ceremony on Instagram, accompanied by an emotional note for her husband. Describing the occasion as the fulfilment of a long-held dream, the actress spoke about finding the person she had always hoped to share her life with.

"07.11.26 Today, I get to marry the man I’ve prayed for and begin the most beautiful chapter of my life. @roshankarippa Not just a promise between two hearts, but a covenant made with God. My little inner child is living a dream she has held close for so long," she wrote.


She further spoke about looking forward to a lifetime of shared experiences, laughter, growing together and building a home filled with love.

Who is Roshan Karippaparambil?

Roshan Karippaparambil is an entrepreneur and husband of Anju Kurian. While the actress is a well known face in Malayalam and Tamil cinema, Roshan has maintained a comparatively low profile.

The couple has maintained a lot of privacy in their relationship, but Anju has posted snippets of their time together on social media. Their couple got engaged in October 2024 and the actress announced it by sharing a video of it.

In the caption she wrote, "Officially Engaged!!! Ready to annoy each other for a lifetime."

Anju also gave another glimpse into their relationship in October 2026, by posting a video of Roshan proposing to her with a ring during her work trip. Recalling the unexpected surprise, she wrote, "Somewhere in the middle of my work trip, @roshankarippa turned an ordinary day into a memory I’ll cherish for the rest of my life."

The proposal gave fans another look at their relationship ahead of their wedding.

Anju Kurian's journey from modelling to films

Anju Kurian is a model turned actress from Kottayam, Kerala. She developed an interest in the field while pursuing her education in Chennai, which eventually opened opportunities for her in films.

She made her acting debut in 2013 with the Malayalam film Neram, starring Nivin Pauly. In the film, she played the sister of his character.

Anju then appeared in several Malayalam films, including Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, Premam, Njan Prakashan, Kavi Uddheshichathu and Jack Daniel. Her filmography also includes projects such as Meppadiyan and Abraham Ozler.

Apart from Malayalam cinema, she has worked in Tamil films, including Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidhargal and Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum. She was recently seen in the Tamil film Idhayam Murali, featuring Atharvaa.
