Accepting tough times only way to deal with challenges, says Viswanathan Anand
The chess grandmaster has a trick to keep him going, in chess, and in life.

“This is a deep problem in chess,” Anand said during a conversation a few days ago.

“People lose not because they are given unsurmountable problems, but they are given one little problem after another. And it affects their mood. During a game, you crack, your play worsens and frustration manifests itself. You stop playing logically, and you start thinking about what you’d like to happen, and that’s usually a bad sign.” Anand admits it is easier said than done. But it works. His feats in chess prove that.
