About last night: Newly-weds Mouni Roy & Suraj Nambiar host intimate cocktail evening after 'griha pravesh'
For the house party, the 'Gold' star wore a pink skater dress.

On Sunday night, the couple hosted an intimate cocktail party for near and dear ones at their humble abode.
Roy's industry friends flooded Instagram with videos and pictures from the cocktail night. Dance, music and drinks were the theme for the night.

TV star Arjun Bijlani with his blogger-wife Neha Swami, model-actress Karishma Modi, music producer Manmeet Singh, producers Vanessa Walia and Roopali Kadyan, fashion designers Nidhi Kurda Khurana and Anuradha Khurana among others marked their presence for the small gathering.

Earlier on Sunday, the newly-weds were snapped by the shutterbugs at the Mumbai airport during their return from Goa after their grand wedding ceremony.

The couple headed straight to their Mumbai home for the 'griha pravesh' ritual, and were greeted by close friends and family members.

Traditionally, the groom's family welcomes the bride and blesses the couple during the 'griha pravesh' ceremony. The new bride then tilts the rice-filled pot with her right foot. Then, she steps on a plate with liquid red dye (alta), and enters the home, leaving behind red footprints which are auspicious and symbolic of Goddess Lakshmi's arrival.
The emotional 36-year-old followed all the rituals during the 'griha pravesh' ceremony.

After the ritual, Roy and Nambiar also played 'find the ring' game in a pot filled with milk and rose petals. The actress was uite to find the hidden ring and was declared a clear winner.
