Determined to return the documents safely, Uttam devoted more than an hour to searching for the passenger. He went door to door in the neighborhood, speaking to residents and making inquiries in hopes of identifying the owner. A Founder’s Relieving Experience

The passenger, Glen Ivan, an entrepreneur based in Vancouver, later shared the incident online, describing the anxiety he felt upon realizing his documents were missing. He had arrived home around 2:30 in the morning after a lengthy journey from Kempegowda International Airport. Exhausted from travel, he went straight to sleep, unaware that he had left behind his sling bag in the cab. It was only later that morning, when his father asked about the whereabouts of his identification papers, that he discovered the loss.

Glen explained that Uttam had made the effort to visit his residential area because the address listed on the passport differed from the somewhat unclear drop location entered on the ride-hailing app. Despite the confusion, the driver remained committed to locating him.
