A spiritual journey: Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers’ CEO Sandeep Dadia launches his book ‘A Soul Tie’

The veteran insurer, who was a practising general physician in his earlier days, has been a longtime follower of spiritual guru Gurudevshri Rakeshbhai Jhaveri.
Mumbai: The chief executive of Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers, Sandeep Dadia, on Friday launched his book ‘A Soul Tie’ amidst a high-profile gathering that included top corporate bosses from across the sectors.
The book explained by the author is “look into the inner workings of the mind of a man as he learns to walk the spiritual path as guided by his guru.”
The veteran insurer, who was a practising general physician in his earlier days, has been a longtime follower of spiritual guru Gurudevshri Rakeshbhai Jhaveri. Through the book Dadia attempts to outline the "doubts, fear, resistance and the gradual surrender" to the paths set by ones spiritual mentor - through his own experiences of learning from his Guru.
Dadia has been in the insurance industry for nearly two decades and had joined Aditya Birla Insurance Broker in 2011. Previously Dadia has previously also worked with Enam Brokers as a principal officer and with TTK Healthcare services as head, business development.
Among the top CEOs and MDs present at the launch event were Apurva Parekh of Pidilite Industries, Neelesh Garg of Tata AIG, Tapan Singhal of Bajaj Allianz and Vikas Mittal of Magma, among others.
The book has been published by Bennett Coleman (BCCL) owned Times Group Books which is a publishing arm of Times of India. BCCL is also the owner of the Economic Times.

It is priced at Rs 399 and is available for purchase at book stores across the country and online portals including Flipkart and Amazon.
