However, seems like a hotel in Munnar, Kerala, has set a new benchmark for SRK's fans. The hotel has dedicated a shrine to the superstar. Politician Shashi Tharoor, who recently visited the place, took to Twitter to share a glimpse of the 'shrine'.
He wrote, 'Dear @iamsrk, when on a brief visit to Munnar yesterday I took rest in the room you occupied in 2013, which has been converted into a shrine for you & #ChennaiExpress! Every wall is decorated w/posters of the film &the suite is dominated by this cut-out of you. No place for rest!'
Tharoor revealed that every wall of the room was decked up with posters of the movie and the highlight was a cut-out of the star placed right in the middle of the room.
In 2013, when SRK and Deepika Padukone were shooting in the city for Rohit Shetty's 'Chennai Express', the actor happened to stay in a room of the hotel. Post the actor's stay there, the room was transformed into a shrine for him.
