Posting on the popular Anti Work subreddit, he recounted how a fellow employee at his company lost his life in a tragic road accident the previous week. The workplace, a venue dedicated to performing arts, decided to observe a brief tribute before one of its scheduled events. Team members who had closely collaborated with the deceased gathered to honor his memory with a moment of silence.

However, according to the post, the atmosphere of respect was disrupted by the user’s immediate supervisor. While others paused to pay tribute, she reportedly continued with her tasks without stopping. Not only did she refuse to halt her work, but she also leaned over and quietly urged the Redditor to keep working as well. The user expressed feeling disturbed and offended by what he perceived as a complete lack of empathy.

Later, the supervisor allegedly claimed she had been unaware of what was happening and appeared surprised when confronted.
