30 is the new 20, at least for these ladies!

Women shying away from sharing their age is so passe. Take a cue from these young ladies, who are taking a moment, or few, to mark an important milestone. And are not afraid to flaunt it. Anjali Mody (daughter of corporate lawyer Zia Mody of AZB & Par tners) and Raakhee Kapoor Tandon (daughter of Rana Kapoor of YES Bank) turned 30 recently, and in style. Anjali, who turned 30 on July 1, travelled to Budapest to ring in the big day with her close friends and sister, Aditi. “Some of the plans included a private cruise on the Danube, segway rides across the city, the best Italian meal at Tom George and a visit to most of the ruin pubs in Budapest.

All in all a great adventure,” she shared, over a text. As for Raakhee, good wishes were shared by her friend Amit Bhatia (Lakshmi Mittal’s son-in-law) on Instagram. Bhatia captioned a video, complete with a smiling Raakhee and sparkling candles, “Happy dirrty flirrty Thirty!! Welcome to the best years of your life.” Thirty is definitely the new twenty.
