In layman terms, quad drivers would translate to the equivalent of having four speakers in each ear. Keep in mind that these are the world’s first THX-certified headphones. THX certification is given after passing rigorous audio tests. The headphones are compatible with Android as well as iOS device. It has a built-in chip that identifies the connected phone/tablet and the in-line controls work according to the device for volume/track adjustment and accepts/disconnect voice calls. We used the headphones with an Apple iPhone 8 Plus, an LG G7 Plus ThinQ and an Apple MacBook Pro for both audio and video.
