Alternatively, the autumn window from October to November offers exceptionally crisp air and the most crystal-clear, unobstructed views of the snow-capped Mt. Kanchenjunga.

By Air: The closest commercial airstrip is Bagdogra International Airport (IXB) in West Bengal, located roughly 125 to 135 kms away, which connects seamlessly to Ravangla via a 4-5-hour mountain drive.

By Rail: New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) in Siliguri is the nearest major railhead, positioned about 116 to 121 kms from town; from here, you can easily hire private or shared vehicles for the journey upward.

By Road: Ravangla is highly accessible by motorable roads connected to major regional hubs, sitting about 60 kms away from the capital city of Gangtok and 26 kms from Namchi.
