Sabrina Carpenter has an eye for luxury, and her $10 million Tribeca penthouse duplex at 108 Leonard Street in Manhattan, New York City, stands as clear proof. The singer recently made headlines for winning her first Primetime Emmy Award on September 5 for her work on the Disney+ special The Muppet Show. She was, however, absent from the prestigious gala. But away from the awards spotlight, the Espresso singer’s real estate portfolio, which she purchased in 2025, deserves equal attention.

According to a report by The Real Deal, Sabrina Carpenter’s luxe residence is priced at approximately $9.95 million, while the mortgage on the unit is for $6.5 million, as per a loan document filed with the city. The 2,900 sq ft duplex was previously owned by Cassandra Grey, founder of beauty brand Violet Grey.

The property initially hit the market at $11.5 million in December 2025, but its asking price was later reduced to $10.5 million in February 2026. It went under contract 3 months after the price cut.
