"We have about 3,800 people in Delhi, Pune and Mumbai and we are adding about 100 people a month. We will add at least 1,200 people by next fiscal," Kumar said.

He said that with large IT infrastructure planned by the Central government, there were at least half a dozen big opportunities.

The company recently found a place in the top 10 contact centres in Global Services 100 Survey of 2008.

On the impact of a possible US slowdown, Kumar said the clients were negotiating on how to scale the operations without scaling the IT budgets.
