TimesJobs launches film-based training program with Knowlens

NEW DELHI: TimesJobs in association with Knowlens has launched an interactive film-based training programme on selling skills, titled, 'The Birth of a Salesman'.

Knowlens, a film-based learning company is offering the training system through its career services arm, StepAhead. This system will combine impactful film story-telling, dramatic scenarios, powerful interactive features and the 'learning at your own pace and time' nature of the internet, to provide emotionally impactful learning not matched by other training methodologies, according to a release.

"The Birth of a Salesman" is the first cinematic training course launched in this series. The course uses the cinematic journey of 'Abhay', a new entrant into sales and shows how he evolves in his sales journey through a series of sales calls with different kinds of customers. “Through this film we experience his journey with other colleagues, mentors, bosses, and senior management, and follow Abhay as he absorbs the cultural nuances and atmosphere of his organisation,” said the release.
