More than 70% of corporate India employees regret working in the private sector in view of the pay increases recommended for central government employees by the Seventh Pay Commission, shows a survey of 700 private sector employees by Timesjobs.

All the respondents to the survey on the impact of pay commission felt there should be a minimum wage increase in the private sector as well although 77% thought the private sector scores higher in terms of opportunities for growth and change. Highlights:
