Progress Software India wins RASBIC awards

NEW DELHI: The Indian unit of Nasdaq-listed software company Progress Software Corporation has won the Recruiting & Staffing Best In Class (RASBIC) Award in four categories for its HR practices.

The awards for 2015-16 were announced at the 24th World HRD Congress held in Mumbai.

Progress Software was named among the top 10 Best Employers of 2015-16, according to a release. The company also won the Best Candidate Experience award, Innovation in Recruitment award and Excellence in HR Through Technology award.

“We have introduced technology innovation in all aspects of our business and work, including people practices,” Ramesh Loganathan, MD at Progress India, said in the release. “Being recognized for innovative people practices is one of the most special for us as we place tremendous emphasis on fostering a great work culture at Progress.”
