Over half of Indian employees look to switch jobs in 2015

As many as six out 10 Indian employees will consider a job change in the next 12 months, Randstad India’s ‘ HR Game Changers 2015’ survey report has revealed. While career growth and advancement is the biggest motivator to look for jobs elsewhere, more than 50% want more money and yet others, better learning and development opportunities.
