Monster India announces virtual career fair to take place next week

MUMBAI: Career and recruitment portal Monster India has announced a virtual career fair, to take place next week. Jobseekers, both in India and abroad, can log onto a virtual exhibition and engage in real time with Indian companies looking to hire the right talent.

Candidates can speak or live chat with a potential employer from the comfort of their desk or home. The virtual fair keeps jobseekers updated on vacancies, details about the positions and lets them apply for it as well. Conversely, companies can also get a sense of the available talent - from a single platform - and finesse their search (or hiring) to candidates who meet the culture and role requirements.
