This session of ET Career Talks will be led by Naiyya Saggi, Co-founder of The Good Glamm Group, one of India's fastest-growing and largest content-to-commerce D2C house of brands, and Founder of BabyChakra - one of India’s most trusted parenting platforms. During the live session scheduled to be held on May 11, Saggi will share ‘Lessons in Leadership and Entrepreneurship’ and field questions from attendees on a range of challenges and solutions related to career growth and development.
A Harvard Business School graduate, Saggi comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is passionate about learning from and working with fellow entrepreneurs, and is a big believer in women shaping tech. A former mentor at Facebook's flagship #SheLeadsTech, Saggi has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and at The Bridgespan Group in the past, where she worked extensively in scaling healthcare and educational ventures. Saggi is also a qualified lawyer, having earned her BA.LLB (Hons) from National Law School, Bangalore.
Some of the key themes that will be covered in this conversation include challenges faced by startups, specifically DTC, and how entrepreneurs and their teams can overcome them. Attendees can also expect to learn about entrepreneurship and leadership during uncertain economic times, growth versus profitability, and tough decisions that leaders need to make.
